Here is a new perspective on real estate prices in the US, showing the median price of homes at the national level, compared with California, the Bay Area of San Francisco (9 counties around the Bay), and the County of Santa Clara (Silicon Valley).
Some of the Cities included in the Bay Area count among the priciest cities in the US, ie: Atherton, Woodside, Burlingame, Palo Alto and Menlo Park, Los Altos Hills, Saratoga....
